These terms govern your use of nevotin.com, go.nevotin.com, and your purchase of Nevotin products. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
About us
Nevotin is operated by Femme Force Corp, a Wyoming corporation with mailing address 1439 N Highland Ave PMB 1024, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase from Nevotin. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Products and descriptions
We aim to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is completely accurate or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and discontinue products at any time without notice.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed at the time you place your order. All prices are in US Dollars.
Subscriptions
Subscription products renew automatically every 90 days until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Nevotin to charge your payment method for each renewal at the subscription price in effect at that time.
We will send you a renewal reminder approximately 48 hours before each renewal charge. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account at nevotin.com/account. Cancellations before a renewal date will prevent future charges. Changes must be made before the renewal processes.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our refund policy is available at nevotin.com/policies/refund-policy and is incorporated into these terms. Summary: we offer a 90-day guarantee on all purchases.
Health disclaimer
Nevotin products are dietary supplements and topical solutions intended to support hair health. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

All content on our sites — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Femme Force Corp or our licensors, protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
User content
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Nevotin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to violate anyone's rights, to impersonate others, to distribute spam or malware, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with our site's security or functionality.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Femme Force Corp's total liability for any claim related to Nevotin products or our site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Femme Force Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your use of our site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Nevotin products will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming or via video conference. You waive the right to participate in class actions and agree that any dispute will be resolved individually.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
