Nevotin Refund Policy

Hair recovery follows a 90-day biological cycle. That's the minimum window where meaningful change can be assessed, so every Nevotin S³ Protocol is backed by a 90-day guarantee.

How it works

If the protocol isn't right for you within 90 days of receiving your order, we'll refund your purchase. No return shipping required. No questions. Email us at hello@nevotin.com and we'll handle the rest.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account at nevotin.com/account. Cancellations before a renewal date mean no further charges. If a renewal has already processed, the 90-day guarantee applies to that renewal too.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us at hello@nevotin.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
