Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations

Nevotin ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may take an additional 2 to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping carrier

We ship via USPS. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Subscription shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically on each 90-day renewal. You will receive an email 48 hours before each renewal processes, and a shipping confirmation when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Nevotin is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, household members, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package within 7 days of the marked delivery date, email hello@nevotin.com and we will help.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the delivery window, contact us at hello@nevotin.com and we will investigate.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@nevotin.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.
