Cancellation Policy

We believe you should be able to leave as easily as you arrived. This policy explains how to cancel an order, pause a subscription, or end your subscription entirely.

One-time orders

If you placed a one-time order and want to cancel before it ships, email hello@nevotin.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our 90-day guarantee. See our refund policy for details.

Subscription cancellation

Your Nevotin subscription renews automatically every 90 days. You can cancel anytime with no fees, no questions, and no phone calls.

How to cancel your subscription

Log into your account at nevotin.com/account. Find your active subscription. Click "Cancel subscription." Confirm your cancellation.

Your cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for any future renewals.

Alternatively, email hello@nevotin.com and we will cancel your subscription within 1 business day.

Pausing your subscription

If you need to take a break but may return later, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. From your account at nevotin.com/account, select "Pause subscription" and choose the duration.

Your subscription will not renew while paused. When the pause period ends, your subscription will resume on its original 90-day cycle. You can extend the pause or cancel at any time.

Skipping a single renewal

If you want to skip just one renewal (for example, you still have product remaining from the previous cycle), log into your account and select "Skip next order." Your subscription will continue normally after the skipped cycle.

Renewal notifications

We send a renewal reminder email approximately 48 hours before each renewal processes. This gives you time to cancel, pause, or skip if your needs have changed.

If you receive a renewal notification and want to cancel before the charge processes, log into your account and cancel immediately. Cancellations received before the renewal processes will prevent the charge.

If a renewal has already processed

If a subscription renewal charged your payment method and you would like to cancel, email hello@nevotin.com within 7 days of the charge. We will cancel the subscription and issue a refund for the renewal charge. The already-shipped order can be returned under our 90-day guarantee.

Changes to your subscription

You cannot change the renewal frequency of your Nevotin subscription. The 90-day cycle is a core part of how the protocol works, and changing it would compromise the structured recovery approach.

You can update your shipping address, payment method, or email address at any time through your account.

Failed payments

If your payment method fails at renewal, we will attempt to process the charge again after 3 days and again after 5 days. You will receive email notifications for each attempted charge. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused and you can reactivate it at any time by updating your payment method.

Accidental purchases

If you believe a charge was made in error, including unauthorized use of your payment method, contact hello@nevotin.com immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation itself does not trigger a refund. If you would like a refund for an unused or unopened product, our 90-day guarantee applies. See the refund policy for details.
